Ingredients

  • 7 cups peeled and cubed baking Potatoes
  • 6 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan.

  • Cover with water.

  • Place pan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain.

  • Place drained potatoes and garlic in a mixing bowl.

  • Add milk, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Beat with mixer until smooth.

  • Taste. Add more salt and pepper, to taste, if needed.
