Jelly Roll touched the hearts of many when he gave a rousing acceptance speech after winning the new artist of the year trophy at the 2023 CMA Awards at 39 years old.

He once again moved fans earlier this year, when he appeared in front of Congress and gave a heartfelt plea to legislators to pass a bill that combats the supply and distribution of fentanyl in the U.S.

But when the country rapper, singer and songwriter (né Jason Bradley DeFord) isn't going viral for his passionate speeches, or selling out venues with his latest hits, he's spending quality time with his loved ones: his wife Bunnie XO, his 15-year-old daughter Bailee Ann and son Noah, 7.

Clearly, the musical apple doesn't fall too far from the tree as Bailee Ann looked quite at home on stage with her superstar dad back in 2019.

"This weekend has been a dream come true. We’ve had sold out show after sold show. But what made it so magical for me, Bailee Ann performed her verse from our song together for the first time," Jelly Roll wrote on Instagram.

"I cried like a baby both nights she did it. I am so proud of her and how confident she was. She has grown up in venues and studios her whole life," he continued. "She graduated the 5th grade with all A’s. She’s learning the guitar, writing her own songs, and now performing them live. It’s with a heart of joy and tear-filled eyes I say I am a proud proud pappy."

For Father's Day 2021, the "Son of a Sinner" singer posted this throwback featuring his late father with Bailee Ann and Noah.

"Wish I could say I miss you more today than usual, but that’s a lie, I’ve missed you this much every day since you died 😢," he wrote.

Jelly Roll gave a special shoutout to wife Bunnie XO for Mother's Day 2020 — acknowledging how intentional and loving she's been to Bailee Ann even though she's not her biological mother.
